Building Survey (Level 3)

The Building Survey gives you a comprehensive report including defects, repair and maintenance options. It is essential for larger or older properties or if you’re planning major works. The report includes reference to visible defects and will list those areas that will need further Investigation prior to your commitment to purchase. This could be in the form of a Structural Engineers report, or specialist reports on damp, timber decay ad service installations.

Other works will be listed such as those considered to be appropriate maintenance issues and also suggestions will be provided on works of possible improvement and up-grading.
