In cases where parties (often neighbouring property owners) have a dispute about their boundaries a surveyor is instructed to visit, measure and confirm the correct boundary position.

Marwood Surveyors will plot, measure and produce and accurate drawing of the boundary line to a large scale.

This process may additionally involve reading and reviewing plans, documents and photographs if available.

Once determined, preparation of a land registry compliance plan in keeping with practice guidance note 40 & 41 (supplement 5) can be produced.
