We have received a wonderful service from Marwoods from start to finish. My initial communication with Rajak and Oliver was very informative, punctual and friendly. Their quoted price was far from the highest and we opted for them based on their previous reviews, size, price and initial communications.

Needing a Red Book land valuation for probate purposes we were a little apprehensive that such a highly qualified surveyor may be a bit distant or aloof, however Tanya Stevens was amazing. Her knowledge was very extensive and her ability to explain the guidelines and frameworks of the valuation system helped us enormously to understand the process we are in.

Most of all though I’m so grateful for Tanya’s relaxed manner and patience. Patience in a physical sense as we negotiated brambly paths with my elderly uncle, and personally as she considered and answered all family questions in a way that provided real clarity to a very muddled situation before hand.
