The report itself takes exactly 10 days to arrive. But a special shoutout goes to our surveyor Tanya Stevens. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and competent, but through multiple phone calls, she handheld us (even before we had received the report) through what we could expect from the report, what we needed to be wary of and a way forward.
