I had a really good experience with Marwoods from booking to support after the survey.
I had a level 3 survey which Tanya completed. This was completed to the agreed timeframes with the report being sent as agreed.
The report itself was very detailed and highlighted some significant issues with a 3rd story room that couldn’t be classed as habitable for various reasons.
The part of the process which was exceptional was the after support. Tanya phoned me and ran through the concerns she identified prior to issuing the report. This led to a lot of work via my solicitor and with the vendors until we could find a workable solution.
Tanya was even able to support again with follow up emails with my solicitor on remedial actions needed and rough costs so we could update my mortgage company.

I recently got a level 2 homebuyer report including valuation from Marwood. It was easy to get the job scheduled in, it happened on the date arranged. I got the report back a few days later without having to chase. I was impressed with the level of detail on the report and would recommend Marwood to others.
Marwoods produced an extremely detailed level 3 survey report which contained a huge amount of pictures. A lot of other companies just give you loads of text with no pictures to clarify what they are referring to.
The survey was very in-depth, checking items I would not have even thought of. Communication with the team before the survey was fantastic. I was provided with the surveyors mobile number for a follow up discussion if needed, however the survey was very detailed and clear so I didn’t feel I needed any further clarification.
Please remember that you get what you pay for, and I will definitely be recommending them to all family and friends.
